Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 3-day return and exchange policy for all domestic orders, starting from the date of delivery. For any damages or incorrect items, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order. Kindly note, returns and exchanges are not available for international orders due to logistical limitations.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused and unworn

All original tags intact In its original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or order ID
Non-returnable items include:

Sarees that have been roll-pressed or finished with fall and pico

Customized or made-to-order sarees

All international orders
No Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds. Instead, eligible returns will be processed as Ethlore Loyalty Points, which you can redeem on future purchases. This helps us manage inventory efficiently while continuing to offer rare, high-value handcrafted products made in limited quantities.
Each return is carefully inspected before points are issued. In sensitive or exceptional cases, we may review and approve a refund at our discretion.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return, please email us at returns@ethlore.com with your order details. Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup. A ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted from your loyalty point balance.
Please note: returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged or incorrect, email us immediately. To process your claim, we require an unboxing video that starts with the sealed parcel and clearly shows the continuous unpacking and inspection of the item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sarees that have been altered, roll-pressed, or finished with fall and pico

Exchanges
For a quick exchange, simply initiate a return and place a new order for your desired item. Please note that once an item is exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds as standard policy. However, in rare and sensitive situations involving genuine defects or delivery issues, we may issue a refund to your original payment method after a detailed review of your case and product inspection.
