Ethlore is a direct seller of curated handcrafted products. We are a sole proprietorship based in Gurugram, India. Our mission is to revive and reimagine Indian textile traditions through ethically sourced, artisan-made sarees that are crafted with care and sold with pride.

Eligibility to Use

User registration is required only at the time of checkout, not for browsing the site.

Dispatch & Delivery

Return & Exchange Policy

Ethlore offers a 3-day return and exchange window for all domestic orders. Returns are eligible only if the item is:

Returns will be processed as Ethlore Loyalty Points redeemable on future purchases. We do not offer monetary refunds, except in exceptional, sensitive cases at our discretion.

Return pickup is arranged by our courier partner. A ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted from the credited loyalty points.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us immediately. To ensure a smooth resolution, record an unboxing video starting with the sealed package and showing the full process of opening and inspecting the item.

Returned items will be inspected before loyalty points are issued or any resolution is provided.

Payment Processing

Ethlore accepts payments via Razorpay. By completing your purchase, you authorize Ethlore to process your transaction securely through this gateway. We do not store your payment credentials.

Privacy & Data Protection

We collect, store, and process your personal information in accordance with Indian data protection laws and applicable global guidelines (e.g., GDPR).

Modifications to the Terms

Limitation of Liability

Ethlore is not liable for any delays, non-performance, damages, or losses beyond our reasonable control. The company shall not be responsible for courier-related issues or unauthorized use of your account credentials.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
