These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Ethlore, whether purchasing sarees, ethnic wear, accessories, or any other products listed on our platform.

2. About Ethlore

Ethlore is an online saree and ethnic wear brand dedicated to celebrating Indian textile traditions through contemporary styling. We curate handwoven silks, Banarasi drapes, cotton weaves, and designer sarees crafted by artisans across India.

3. Products & Descriptions

3.1 Product Accuracy

We make every effort to display our sarees and ethnic wear as accurately as possible. However, please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting, monitor calibration, and screen settings. A 5–10% colour variation is industry standard and is not a defect.

  • Fabric weight, texture descriptions, and measurements are approximate and may vary marginally between pieces, especially for handwoven and artisanal items.

  • Each handwoven or handcrafted saree may carry natural irregularities , these are marks of authenticity, not defects.

3.2 Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event an ordered item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on Ethlore are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices for international orders may be shown in other currencies and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and select digital wallets.

  • For international orders, payments are processed via secure third-party gateways in the respective local currency.

  • Ethlore reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

  • In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing the order and provide the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders & Cancellations

5.1 Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email from Ethlore. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5.2 Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

  • Cancellations for customised or stitched products are not accepted once production has commenced.

  • Cancellations post-dispatch will be treated under our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Ethlore delivers across India and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Pan India: 3–8 business days

  • International: 10–18 business days, subject to customs clearance

Ethlore is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or customs processing. Tracking information will be shared upon dispatch.

Free shipping is available on orders above a threshold amount as displayed on the website. Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ethlore.com including product images, logos, brand name, design language, and editorial copy, is the intellectual property of Ethlore. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may attract legal action under Indian copyright law.

8. User Conduct

By using our platform, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts.

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

  • Copy, scrape, or harvest product images or data without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ethlore's liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our products or services. Our products are non-medical and are not designed for any specific therapeutic purpose.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India

11. Amendments

Ethlore reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be effective from the date of publication on our website. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
